There are two categories of items
1. Editions items
2. One of a kind items
Edition Items
Edition items are products we produce in limited quantities. Once all items have sold out, we will never restock the same editions. We aim to keep our items exclusive and coveted for people who purchase the items when first released.
One of a kind items
One-of-a-kind items are hand-embroidered pieces made from mostly sustainable vintage garments. We manufacture everything in house, making it distinctive and impossible to recreate. NAIYC treat these items as unique art-pieces.
One of a kind item eligibility
Eligibility of content and types of items which can be purchased on the website are based on the history of purchase of your account. For example, those who have purchased at least four items of our edition items will be eligible to view upcoming one of a kind items and thereafter, have the right to purchase those items.
placing an order
Offers are accepted upon full payment from customers. All items will be dispatched within 2-3 business days of the payment. Once payment has been made you are not able to withdraw your order and the product will be sent to the nominated address.
For our one-of-a-kind items, the availability will be determined upon a first come first served basis. One-of-a-kind items are in high demand, and we will only hold sale items for a period of 5 minutes. If payment is not made during this time then the order will be cancelled.
shipping
Shipping will be processed within 2-3 business days, 24 hours after we have received full payment for the items.
refunds and returns
Due to the nature of our business (everything we sell here is limited edition) we do not provide any refund or returns to any edition products unless the items received are defective or incorrect.
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
All sale under one-of-a-kind items is final as it is unique and truly one of a kind. We will not accept returns or refunds for these items under any condition.
lost, damaged and stolen items
NAIYC is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen packages once it has shipped from our facility. Please contact the shipping carrier and open an enquiry directly.

All content and compilations of content included on the website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, photographs and images is the property of NAIYC or is licensed by NAIYC. You may not copy, modify, upload, download, transmit, (re)publish, create derivative works from, sell, re-sell or otherwise distribute or exploit any content from the site except as expressly permitted by these terms. Doing so will violate NAIYC's copyright, trademark and other proprietary rights.
